'Actions'

A few times I have decided to make a cup of coffee or take a shower. I decide before, during or after, that the action is art. I consider them ritualistic happenings. I see myself as my own audience. If anyone else was there they would be experiencing their own 'art', not mine, as we cannot experience anything outside of ourselves. They are not recorded usually except perhaps as a note to remind myself not to forget it happened but they persist in my memory so they are ever present if not consciously. Sometimes the date or time is recorded.
